1	Riou	Tenkai	You control Riou from the beginning. If you enter a different name at the beginning, that will be his name.
2	Mukumuku	Chima	Examine the large tree behind Genkaku's Dojo in Kyaro three times before meeting Nanami. Alternate Method: Wander the path from Greenhill to the Muse/Greenhill Border until he enters your active party. There must be a free spot in the party.
3	Nanami	Tenjyu	Joins automatically after escaping from the Execution Grounds in Kyaro. Alternate Method: Joins automatically after being denied entrance in Muse City after the Mercenary Fortress is destroyed. Nanami will join at this point if you chose not to save her in Kyaro.
4	Gengen	Chitan	Joins automatically after returning from Kyaro.
5	Rikimaru	Chian	Speak with him in Ryube and agree to make the payment for his meal. Alternate Method: Speak with him in Coronet after the destruction of Ryube and agree to make the payment for his meal (only if you missed him in Ryube).
6	Millie	Chiku	Speak with her in Ryube and agree to help her find Bonaparte.
7	Kinnison	Chisin	Find the bird's nest in Ryube Forest and place it back in the tree. Leave the forest and return to the same spot after several minutes.

9	Zamza	Chisyu	Speak with him in Toto with Nanami in your active party. Alternate Method: Speak with him in South Window with Nanami in your active party (after defeating Solon Jhee's army; only if you missed him in Toto).
